Fast Five is new department here on The Buzz -- a quick list under a single topic. Five items that could have a common tie, fit a theme, be fun for a starting collector, or be a new way to add to a stash that might already seemingly include everything when it comes to cardboard. For some of you, it's probably common sense. For others of you out there, it's something to think about.
This time? Five breaks from the Bargain Breaks bin that could be fun or do pretty well with some luck.
ONE FOR BEGINNERS
The Box: 2018 Topps MLB Sticker Collection box
The challenge of making this project for a beginning collector or a veteran ripping to build sets for fun might be the one thing that doesn't come with this bargain box ... the album. That's really the key for this being a good project for kids in downtime now but there's plenty to see here as there are 50 packs of eight stickers and just a 301-sticker set. The albums can be found (hit eBay) but you can still do plenty of ripping and sorting here. Last year's set is a little stronger than this one -- last year's have cards on the backs of the stickers -- but the price is right here. (It's also a Community Chest box so you might win free stuff if you buy one.)

BIG POTENTIAL IF YOU BEAT THE ODDS
The Box: 2019 Topps Gypsy Queen MLB blaster box
If you buy a single box of this one, it might be hit and miss -- but there are some really nice potential finds here with autographs and other stuff in there but on the rare side. There are plenty of decent names to be found here, though, with the hobby boxes still on the pricey side (in comparison) because they offer up two autographs in every box. If you're not sure if you want to do a hobby box, perhaps pick off three or four of these -- you'll end up with a good amount of stuff for a lower price (and maybe more packs) ... just not the guaranteed ink. This brand has been an improved colorful release in the last couple years, though I'm still missing the minis that it rode hard in its earlier years.

PATRICK MAHOMES & MORE HERE
The Box: 2017 Donruss NFL blaster box
You get a memorabilia card in every box and one of them easily could be reigning NFL king Patrick Mahomes during his rookie year. His Rookie Cards and their parallels can be found here -- and they will be found here -- and this is a box that can deliver well. I ripped so much of this stuff back then simply because it's a fun break. Mahomes is also not alone among the rookies here, so if you don't find him you still might do OK. Hobby boxes of this one and other formats are pricier, too, but this one is a cheaper break with good potential. Poke around on the site and you'll see a number of my breaks -- and you'll see how some have really delivered well.

PRICEY INK VERY POSSIBLE
The Box: 2013 Panini Beach Boys hobby box
This legendary band may not suit everybody's musical tastes -- it's not my type -- but I've ripped a number of these hobby boxes because they deliver a ton of cardboard, a boatload of inserts and a couple of hits every time. If you land autos -- they are found a few times per case -- you're paying for several boxes ... if not a case (seriously, click this to see eBay. And if you don't land ink there are couple mem cards that appear to be a little rarer so those along with the volume here and some key inserts can make it a comfortable break for a collector.

FUN POSSIBILITIES ON THE CHEAP
The Box: 2019 Topps Big League MLB hobby box
These boxes are heavy on cardboard -- 240 cards a box -- and there aren't a ton of varying inclusions but there's enough to make it a solid, sold rip at its present price. Check out my break from last year -- I managed to pull a Juan Soto auto that I'll probably slab at some point because it looks black-label 10 worthy. Ink won't be found every time but for the price of a blaster you get a lot of stuff here and there's good potential, too.
