Fast Five is a quick list that might offer a basic starting point for a themed collection or new focus -- five things that could be fun for a beginner or a new way to add something to your stash if you're a grizzled veteran.

This time? Five NFL players who impressed Buzz in Week 2.

OLD-MAN BRADY BLOWS 'EM OUT
Tom Brady -- QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Rookie Cards in 2000 boxes)
Sure, he failed to throw for 300 yards but when the clock wound down and the numbers went into the record book he added five passing TDs to his career total (590) which is, of course, the most in NFL history. At this pace -- nine so far this season -- he'll be the first to hit 600 sometime early next month. His Rookie Cards and autos are a given that they are pricey -- and, really, some of them are still probably under-valued -- but I'd be looking at other years' flashy inserts and rare stuff along with game-used memorabilia cards that are on the cheaper side of things. Those should have growing power -- and a lot of his stuff can be cheap from the years where there were several card companies pumping out cards. His Bucs stuff should prove to be a little more popular now than other cards but I'd only focus on the rarer or interesting ones -- numbered stuff -- myself right now.

Keep reading for four more making up the list this time.

HE'S BACK
Derrick Henry -- RB, Tennessee Titans (Rookie Cards in 2016 boxes)
His Week 1 stats were pretty bad -- not just by his standards -- but he made up for that with a 182-yard, three-touchdown performance against the Seahawks. (Only four RBs had 100-plus this week, excluding today's game.) He's been a dominator -- in some cases not valued that way by collectors -- so he's an easy buy if the price is right. He's not as cheap as he had been but I think others are still getting more attention without putting up the dominating stats. I'd focus on clean on-card autos and rarer stuff in this case, though the basics of Rookie Cards from Prizm, Optic and Donruss should always be considered. I need to go through my stash built up before his recent dominating years and see what I have that's slab-worthy. (You should, too.)

TOLD YOU ...
Cooper Kupp -- WR, Los Angeles Rams (Rookie Cards in 2017 boxes)
If you saw my Fast Five before the season started, then you should know why I picked him. He showed us that again on Sunday in a 27-24 win over the Colts as he had nine catches for 163 yards and two TDs. He's averaging 135.5 yards per game and has three scores this year -- by far the go-to guy for Matthew Stafford on his new squad. He's been a pretty cheap one to grab -- especially when there isn't an autograph attached -- so there's good potential here.

--

DOIN' WHAT HE DO ...
Tyler Lockett -- WR, Seattle Seahawks (Rookie Cards in 2015 boxes)
Sunday? Eight catches for 178 yards and a touchdown. Nobody topped him yardage-wise in the entire league this week and like Kupp he's a guy who puts up the numbers but perhaps doesn't get the attention he should on cards. He had four catches for 100 yards and two scores last week and he's coming off back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons with 28 TDs in the last three years. His Rookie Cards come from back in 2015 -- and that means he's got Panini America as well as Topps RCs and hits to chase. That might be a reason why somebody landed the auto above for just $30 on eBay ... I think there's some fun to be had here without breaking the bank.

WHOA IN WASHINGTON
Terry McLaurin -- WR, Washington Football Team (Rookie Cards in 2019 boxes)
He caught 11 passes for 107 yards and a TD as part of a 30-29 win on Thursday night. Last week? Four for 62 -- but given the quarterback funk for that franchise both days should be considered impressive if you ask me. (He's a former Ohio State guy, so that also helps his values.) Whether the WFT changes its ways away from the tweaked version of those three letters remains to be seen, but if he puts up strong numbers the rest of the way he could be a big name to watch later ... especially if he ends up with a better team with a better QB situation at some point. That's a longer-term thought, but it could pay off with selective grabs on the cheaper side of things.
