Box basics: five autographs or memorabilia cards per six-card box (eight boxes per case with two four-box inner cases)

What's buzz-worthy: Black is back packing nearly just the hits and the hits include some of the biggest names in today's game as well as the past. The Wayne Gretzky-Connor McDavid dual autograph above? Well, we all know that one's big even if we don't know the NHL.

The Basics: The base set will consist of 35 cards each limited to only 349 copies. They will ahem Spectrum (/25) and 1/1 Black & Blue Spectrum parallels. ... Each box will include one base card, one Lustrous Rookies auto (acetate stock on Lustrous) and four more autos or memorabilia cards Among the possible auto cards are Lustrous Rookies (a two-tier set with two parallels), Signature Rookies, Pro Penmanship (singles, combos, trios and quads). ... Among the memorabilia cards are Rookie Coverage (memorabilia, patches and both with autos), Rookie Trademarks (also with same possibilities) and Star Coverage, which will also be found with patches and autos. ... Among the high-end possibilities here are Black-tie Affair, which are 1/1 cards for 100 players using the lace segment of the player's sweater. ... A preliminary checklist was not released.
