What's buzz-worthy: Panini America's first NASCAR release of the new year arrives soon and it arrives with a retro look and collector-friendly feel that we have seen in other sports.

The Basics: Each 24-pack box will include 12 insert cards and seven parallels atop the hits. ... Among the hits will be Significant Signatures autos of past and present drivers with parallels ranging from just 25 copies down to 1/1s. ... The same parallel format will be in play for Rubber Relics Signatures. ... Race Kings, Rated Rookies and Elite Dominators will be among the standard inserts as are short-printed retro variations and Retro Signatures. Also using the 1984 Donruss design will be Retro Relics. ... Packs carry a suggested retail price of $2.99.
