What: 2017 Topps Garbage Pail Kids Adamgeddon Series 1 trading cards

Box basics: One hit per Hobby Collector box (eight boxes per case)

What's buzz-worthy: The Garbage Pail Kids bring a little chaos into the new year with Adam Bomb's takes on Adam-geddon as part of a 220-card set with the end of the world as we know it being taken on by those lovable-but-twisted brats.

The Basics: Among the hits in these will be sketch cards, printing plates, patch cards and artist autographs for a series that looks at disasters with several types of parallels -- Puke (one per pack), Bruised (one per Hobby Collector pack), Spit (/99), Bloody Nose (/75) and Fool's Gold (/50). ... The lowlights of the presidential election will get their own insert sets with some new names from recent releases.
