What's buzz-worthy: Leaf is back with the legends of the ice and their memorabilia inside new cardboard with another hits-only edition of this one -- and it's got a 30-percent lower print run than last year and new Chosen Few redemption cards, too.

The Basics: Among the sets in this one will be Vintage Memorabilia with single-player and multi-player cards -- cards with as many as 12 players. There will be legends such as Cyclone Taylor, Georges Vezina and Percy LeSueur in that mix. ... Also in play here will be All-time Gr8s, The Dirty Dozen, The Hard Eight, Super Patch Exclusive Signatures (young stars Jack Eichel, Nolan Hischier and Nolan Patrick among others), The Letterman (full-letter swatches), Induction Years, The Chosen Few, Rare Materials, The Final Curtain, All-time Rivals and Dynamic Duos. ... There will be parallels for many of these sets, which include some of the biggest names in the history of the game. ... A preliminary checklist was not released.
