First Buzz: 2018 Panini Contenders Draft Picks basketball

What's buzz-worthy: The newest crop of stars of the college hardwood hit cardboard in a product that's once again including an autograph in every pack.

The Basics: This fourth release of college Contenders will include one parallel, 35 Season Ticket base cards, 35 Season Ticket variations and 30 inserts per box atop of the six autos. Packs once again will be 18 cards and the set will be 50 cards. International and College Ticket autos will have a parallel rainbow that includes Draft Tickets (/99), Playoff Tickets (/15), Championship Tickets (/1), Cracked Ice Tickets (/23) and printing plates. Also in this one will be Legacy Signatures showing players in their college and pro gear, Collegiate Connections (teammates and same school) and Turning Pro Signatures, which will have autos for stars spotlighting their pro and college days. ... Packs carry a suggested retail price of $20 ($120 per box).
