What's buzz-worthy: Flawless is back for another ultra-high-end NFL season with new gem cards and plenty of new booklets in the mix.

The Basics: Rookie Cards will be gems here with the basic versions being limited to just 15 copies. (Nothing in the product will be higher than 25.) There also will be Sapphire (/15), Diamond (/10), Emerald (/5), Chocolate Diamond (/4), Canary Yellow Diamond (/3) and 1/1 Platinum parallels. ... Rookie Patch Autographs will have on-card ink here (like everything in the product) with a similar parallel rainbow, though the basic versions will be limited to 25 copies just like last year. There will be Silver (/20), Ruby (/15), Sapphire (/10), Emerald (/5) and 1/1 Platinum versions. Dual Patch Autos will have the same rundown as will veteran patch autos. ... Veteran books (/10 max), veteran nameplate books (/8), veteran brand-logo books (/2) and 1/1 veteran NFL Shield books are also in the mix. They won't be alone on the books front as there will be 1/1 Super Bowl Gems auto books with Tom Brady's and Aaron Rodgers' big games noted in book form with the bowl logo and gems on one side and their ink on the other. ... Rookie books (/10) will be in play with team logos (/10), brand logos (/2) and 1/1 NFL Shield versions also possible. ... Rounding things out will be Career Progressions autos (/25) with Silver, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Platinum versions as well as Star Swatch Signatures with the same parallels. ... Other auto sets will include Laundry Tag Signatures, Draft Gems, Super Bowl MVPs, Captain, Rookie books and Signature Gems. New gems for this one will be found for MVPs, Bears, Broncos, Giants, Eagles and Chiefs. ... Among autos in this release will be Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Joe Montana, Drew Brees, Jared Goff, Carson Wentz, John Elway, Dan Marino, Jerry Rice and Patrick Mahomes II. Joining them on the cut autograph front will be Walter Payton, Derrick Thomas, Reggie White, Johnny Unitas, Pat Tillman, Sean Taylor and Bart Starr to name a few. ... The boxes carry a suggested retail price of $1,250.
