What's buzz-worthy: Playoff takes the field again with a meaty base set of 200 veterans and 100 rookies and a wide selection of newcomers as hits that can offer a tease of what's to come later in the year.

The Basics: A typical box of this one will include 12 Rookie Cards and 24 inserts or parallel cards. ... There will be rookie autos and rookie auto variations in the mix as well as Hall of Fame Autographs that will showcase notable players from the past with their ink. There will be auto preview sets for Contenders (Rookie Ticket, Rookie Ticket variations and Veteran Tickets) and Optic Rated Rookies with all of them limited to only 24 copies. ... Base cards will once again have the following parallels -- First Down (/99), Third Down (/25), Fourth Down (/10) and Touchdown (1/1). ... Among hits will be Game Day Signatures (/50 max) with Fourth Down (/10) and 1/1 Touchdown versions as well as Rookie Autographs with 1/1 Touchdown versions for both the standard and the variation cards. The variations will be limited to just 50 copies. ... Touchdown Tandems (/50) will pair memorable players of the past with Fourth and TD versions, while Hall of Fame autos will be made to the same volumes. ... For memorabilia fans there will be Game Day Memorabilia cards with prime (/50) variations as well as Accolades cards for award-winners. They also will have prime versions. ... Boxes will carry a suggested retail price of $100.

Pulled 7 of the 2018 playoff football touchdown parallels in 1 retail thick pack. Problem is that they say touchdown but not 1 of 1. Are they worthless printing errors or are they real 1 of 1s?
