What: 2018 Topps Definitive Collection baseball cards
Arrives: April 18
Box basics: Six autographs or autographed memorabilia cards and two additional memorabilia cards per eight-card box (three boxes per case)

What's buzz-worthy: Definitive returns for a second season with the same volume of items per box and with a number of case-hit caliber cards with everything in the product limited to no more than 50 copies.

The Basics: A number of card types can be found in boxes here on a regular basis with case hits including patches, cut autos, inscriptions, auto patch books, nameplates, helmets and legendary autographs. ... Rookie Autos will have Green (/25), Purple (/10) and 1/1 Red parallels. whole Definitive Autograph Collection cards will also have 1/1 Reds and Legendary Autograph Collection cards will have Purple (/5) and 1/1 Reds. Framed autos will also have Purple (/10) and Red parallels, while duals will have Green (/10), Purple (/5) and Reds. There also will be 1/1 Cut autos for as many as 50 players.

On the auto Relic side, things once again open up a bit with Green (/25) and Purple (/10) parallels and five different 1/1 Red cards to chase for each player just like last year. There will be team logo, MLB logo, Majestic logo, button and laundry tag cards. The Definitive Dual Auto Relics will once again have Purple (/10) and Red parallels, while auto patch books will be numbered with Red logo patch parallels as well. Framed auto patches also will have Purples and Reds. ... The Relics will have a number of 1/1 creations -- Definitive Nameplates and Definitive Patches among them -- along with jumbo Relics that will have Blue (/35), Green (/15), Purple (/5) and 1/1 Reds. Then there will be Definitive Helmets with Purple (/10) and 1/1 logos, tags and performance rating logos from the helmets.
