What's buzz-worthy: Topps High Tek returns for another dazzling season with meaty packs that include a pair of autos, four numbered cards and a ton more every time.

The Basics: Base cards will have Rainbow Foul cards 10 per pack, Magma Diffracts three per pack, Orbit Diffracts two per pack and Galactic Diffracts one per pack. There also will be Eight "Pattern 2" cards per pack, six "Pattern 3" cards per pack and four "Pattern 4" cards per pack. The Rainbow Foil cards will have Blue (/150), Green (/99), Black (/50), Orange (/25), Red (/10) and 1/1 Gold versions. The Magma will have Green, Black, Orange, Red and Gold (same volumes). The Orbits will have Black, Orange, Red and Gold versions (same volume). There also will be Gold SpecTEKular Diffractors to be found. ... All numbered inserts will be limited to no more than 99 copies. Among those will be Black and White image variations (/50) with 1/1 Gold versions, PyroTEKnics (/99) with Orange and 1/1 Gold versions, PortraiTEK cards (/50) with Orange and Gold version as well as Rookie Tek cards (/99) with the same parallels. ... Autographs will have a simple rainbow -- Green (/99), Blue (/75), Black Orbit Diffractor (/50), Orange Orbit Diffractor (/25), Red Orbit Diffractor (/10) and 1/1 Gold SpecTEKular Diffractor versions. There also will be Black and White image variations (/TBD) with a 1/1 parallel. ... Insert autos will include PyroTEKnics, PortraiTEK, Rookie Tek (/50) -- all (/TBD if not noted) with 1/1 Golds and a Black (/50) only for the PortraiTEK cards. Rounding things out will be Tek buyback autos limited to only 10 copies.
