What's buzz-worthy: Zion Williamson's first in-pack New Orleans Pelicans cards arrive here in the hobby staple that brings plenty of the collecting fundamentals as well as some chase as it tips off the new NBA card season.

The Basics: There will be 24 insert cards per box in this one with new NBA rookies in their new uniforms as well as notable veterans in a base set. It will be accented by a Hoops Tribute set using past looks and past players while Hoops Art Signatures cards will be among the autographs. Other ink will include dual autos as well as Hot Signatures, Red Hot Signatures (/25) and Rookie Ink. ... Among the inserts will be Courtside as well as High Voltage, NBA City, Legends of The Ball, Zero Gravity and Artist Proof cards that will be limited to just 10 copies for Gold versions. There also will be parallels for inserts in this one. Another inclusion will be Road to the Finals cards that chronicle each 2019 playoff game with tiered scarcity as well as a short-printed NBA champions card. ... Packs will carry a suggested retail price of $3.33 ($80 per box).
