What: 2019-20 Panini Opulence basketball cards

Box basics: Six autograph or memorabilia cards per seven-card box (two boxes per case)

What's buzz-worthy: This year's dominant rookie class gets a go for this high-end brand that has a slightly smaller box size and a smaller case than last year but keeps the emphasis on booklets, which are found one per box.

The Basics: Among the rookie patch autograph booklets will be standard patches, nameplates, laundry tags and brand logo cards all with on-card sigs. Meanwhile, the veteran hit presence will include USA Basketball gold medal jersey autos, NBA Finals booklets and All-Star Game booklets -- all with specific swatches from the game-used action for those events. ... Also in the mix are Rookie Octo Signatures booklets (above) as well as Game of Inches books. ... Boxes once again carry a $1,000 suggested retail price.
