What's buzz-worthy: Elite arrives with plenty of possibilities this year in both prospect potential and pulls, which will include Optichrome autographs this time around.

The Basics: The autograph lineup here will include Optichrome autos (/99) with Holo (/25), Gold (/10) and 1/1 Gold Vinyl being the parallels this time around. Standard autos will have 14 parallels with all of them limited to mo more than 100 copies. Among them will be Emerald (/25) Tie-dye (/10) and 1/1 printing plates as well as Aspirations Purple (/100), Aspirations Blue (/50), Aspirations Tie-dye (/10) and 1/1 Aspirations Gold. There also will be Status Diecut cards with Red (/75), Emerald (/25), Tie-dye (/10) and 1/1 Gold versions. ... Base cards will also have Aspirations and Status cards. The Aspirations will have Purple (/250), Red (/150), Orange (/100), Blue (/75), Tie-dye (/25) and 1/1 Gold cards, while Status will have Purple (/125), Red (/99), Blue (/75), Emerald (/49), Tie-dye (/25) and 1/1 Gold cards. ... Rounding things out will be Silhouettes cards with multiple swatches possible and their own array of parallels (Black, Orange, Gold, Red, Purple, Emerald, Blue, Platinum) all limited to no more than 299 copies as well as Future Threads Signatures with the same possibilities. ... Panini noted that there will be seven different stocks used here as well as the presence of the 2019 USA Baseball Collegiate National Team and the 18U and 15U squads as well as Dominican Prospect League players, too, with on-card autos. ... Other inserts will include First Round Materials and Hidden Gems among others. ... Five-card packs will once again carry a suggested retail price of $20 ($100 per box).
