What's buzz-worthy: Victory Lane takes to the track for a second lap on the track this year with the same volume of hits and a number of inserts in every box.

The Basics: The base set will include far fewer parallels this time around with Gold (/25) and 1/1 Black cards as well as printing plates with subsets including Past Champions and Past Winners. ... On the autograph front, it seems simplified with on-card Signature Swatches with one, two and three pieces and then parallels -- Gold (/99 max), Red (/25) Platinum (1/1) and 1/1 Laundry Tag versions. Among teased signers include Richard Petty and Tony Stewart as well as young stars William Byron and Hailie Deegan. Panini guarantees a "top-six driver" in every case. ... For memorabilia, there will be Dual Swatches with the same parallels. ... Inserts will include Celebrations and Horsepower Heroes with those having Blue (/99), Gold (/25), Green (/5) and 1/1 Black parallels as well as printing plates. ... Every box will include eight Pedal to the Medal inserts and four other inserts and the overall lineup will include a mix of holographic, metalized and etched cards. ... These eight-card packs again carry a suggested retail price of $25.
