What's buzz-worthy: Big League is back for a second season with a parallel card in every pack and "a consumer-friendly price point" that includes plenty of bells and whistles for collectors.

The Basics: The base set once again will consist of 400 cards packed with veterans, rookies and subsets that will include Stat Kings, Award Winners and Highlights as well as some variations and parallels. Golds will be found one per pack and they'll be joined by Blue (four per blaster box), Rainbow Foil (/100), Artist Rendition (/50) and 1/1 Red Foil parallels. ... Insert sets will include Players Weekend, Ballpark Oddities, Blast Off (longest homers of 2018), Wall Climbers (home run robberies and other great catches) and Star Caricatures. There will be original artwork for the Caricatures, too. ... Autographs will be found for both rookies and veterans with different sets for each. There will be Big League Autographs and Rookie Republic Autographs for 2019 rookies. Both will have Gold (/TBD), Black & White (/25) and 1/1 Red foil parallels. Big League will include "baseball personalities" as well as retired greats ... and maybe more. Odds for autographs and other inclusions were not announced.
