What's buzz-worthy: Transcendent is back for another ultra-high-end run with some new inclusions, plenty of what you've seen in the past and a guarantee to meet Ken Griffey Jr. at the annual VIP party.

The Basics: There will be one 50-card Icons case set and two 50-card sets of Franchise Favorites Reproductions cards per box here with just 100 boxes produced for this release so all cards will be limited to just 100 serial-numbered copies. There will be 50 autographed cards per box with at least two of them being 1/1 creations and with all autos limited to no more than 25 copies. Each box also will include a 1/1 Derek Jeter autograph, a 1/1 autographed patch card or autographed bat knob/ bat name booklet, one Franchise Favorites sketch card, one oversized cut auto or oversized letter autograph card and one autographed 1952 Superfractor card. There also will be one VIP invitation and the guest this year is Griffey Jr.

The autographs will have Emerald (/15), Purple (/10) and 1/1 Red as well as 1/1 Platinum parallel cards atop of the base autos that are limited to 25 copies. There also will be image variation autos for all playoffs on a different design. They, too, will be framed with the same rainbow of parallels and print runs. ... Joining team will be Derek Jeter autographs on past Topps design from 1952 to 2019 with all cards being on-card and 1/1 creations. There also will be autographed patch cards, also framed, with on-card sigs and each will be 1/1 cards. ... Among the cut autographs this year will be Babe Ruth, Andre The Giant, Cy Young, Jackie Robinson, John Hancock, Lou Gehrig, Reggie White, Roberto Clemente, Roger Maris, Satchel Paige, Sadaharu Oh, Ted Williams, Walter Johnson and Winston Churchill.
