What's buzz-worthy: TRISTAR's autographed baseball chase brand leads things off for a new year with stars and legends along with some specialty balls guaranteed per case that add to the chase.

The Basics: The Grand Treasure ball in this one is a Ty Cobb ball signed in his trademark green ink. Each 12-box case will include nine Hall of Famers, one superstar player not in Cooperstown and one 24-karat baseball or inscribed "My Idols" baseball where stars tell us who their idols are in an inscription. Rounding things out will be one full-name or nickname-inscribed baseball. Every ball will be limited to 42 or fewer copies on a product-specific hologram. ... The Idols, nickname, full name and Gold baseballs are all limited to no more than six copies. ... Among the stars teased as being in here are Ronald Acuña Jr., Ken Griffey Jr., Aaron Judge, Bryce Harper and Stephen Strasburg (on the same ball), Mike Trout, Frank Thomas, Trevor Hoffman, Corey Kluber, Mickey Mantle, Joe DiMaggio, Ozzie Smith, Cal Ripken Jr. Brooks Robinson, Don Drysdale, J.D. Martinez and Mookie Betts.
