What's buzz-worthy: The two-option format returns for this one on the gridiron for another season with a new crop of prep All-Stars who will make their marks in the college ranks next and perhaps in the pros in a few years.

The Basics: Fewer than 140 cases of each format will be made. Hobby boxes will have a mix of Metal autos with an All-American Bowl "background etch" just like last year as well as game-worn patch autos typically found one per box. There also will be on-card Selection Tour autos found one per box. All autos in hobby boxes will be limited to no more than 50 copies. ... Cards in jumbo boxes will have Metal autos with a flag "background etch" and there will be game-worn patch autos and multi-swatch auto cards found three per box. There will be a Shimmer person of the Selection Tour cards in these as well (typically one per box) and a Shimmer versions of Gameday autos -- rarer than one per box. The jumbo box autos will all be numbered to no more than 20 copies. ... Both boxes will have a number of parallels per card, though no details were outlined.
