What's buzz-worthy: College football fans get a new crop of Immaculate cardboard with stars from the recent past as well as College Football Hall of Famers all found in this brand that's once again loaded with hits like previous editions.

The Basics: Each box will include just six cards -- a base card or parallel atop the hits. The base set will be a smaller one with 25 cards this year each numbered to just 99 copies with a larger parallel rainbow that includes Red (49), Blue (/25), Gold (/10), Green (/5) and 1/1 Platinum (higher volumes and more colors). ... Among the hits will be dual-auto cards, logo patches (conference, brand and team), rookie patch autos, jumbo cards with team logos among the oversized options (not detailed, nor were parallels), Trios autographs, quad-swatch mem cards, team slogan auto-mem cards and Premium Patches rookie autos. ... Rookie patch autos will have a number of patch types with team, conference, bowl and championship logos. ... There will be stars from today as well as all-time greats in this one with a mix of on-card and sticker autos. ... Boxes carry an increased suggested retail price of $325.
