What's buzz-worthy: The seventh edition of National Treasures will arrive with new rookies, all-time greats and plenty of the high-end stuff that collectors expect from this one.

The Basics: Among the inclusions here will be Rookie Material Signatures, Signature Names and Debut Materials Signature books for starters with each having ink and memorabilia and on-card sigs (except for the booklets). Parallels were not outlined here, but expect them as Platinum, Holo Gold and Holo Silver were noted on some preview examples. Joining them are bat knob cards that will be among a few 1/1 hits that also will include bat nameplates, ID tags and cleats. Also in play are The Future autographs for 20 young stars, Hall of Fame Signatures for 30 Cooperstown honorees and International Treasures for 25 players from elsewhere. Acetate will be the stock of choice for the Clearly Jumbo Signatures set. Among the one-per-box booklet lineup will be cut signature material city books and other versions will note stats and nicknames for starters. ... Boxes will once again carry a suggested retail price of $500.
