First Buzz: 2020 Panini Prizm football cards

What's buzz-worthy: Prizm returns with a big rookie crop, plenty of color and parallels and plenty of expectations with collectors of a brand that has been among the most-popular releases of the last few years.

The Basics: There will be nine serial-numbered Prizm inserts per box along with 24 Rookie Cards, four inserts and two Silver Prizm parallels per box just like last year. The base set will be 300 cards with 100 rookies and they will each have their own rainbow of parallels (see gallery). Gold and Snakeskin (one per case) parallels will be hobby-only finds. ... Among the hits will be RPAs (one per case), Franchise Legends autos and rookie autos. ... Among inserts will be Stained Glass, Illumination, Aurora, Instant Impact, Go Hard or Go Home, Lockdown!, and All Out! and Color Blast. Stained Glass will only be found one in every five cases or so, while Color Blast are one per 10 cases. (Illumination are merely noted as an SP.) ... Boxes carry a suggested retail price of $150 ($12.50 per 12-card pack).

No Huddle Update: There will be No Huddle boxes for this one with each including one No Huddle Prizm autograph per 18-pack box (20 boxes per case). These boxes (five cards per pack) will include 10 No Huddle Prizms, 18 Rookie Cards, six inserts and one No Huddle Prizm rookie variation card atop the base.
