What's buzz-worthy: The Garbage Pail Kids' second release of the year doesn't take on a single theme this time, instead it's a mix of what one would expect to see as Topps celebrates its 35th anniversary with a few ways to tie into that idea.

The Basics: There will be sketch cards, Location Relics, artist autographs and even the chance for a collector to appear on their own custom GPK card with this set's Collector's Edition boxes arriving in a trash-can styled tin. The anniversary does have some subsets for the basics -- All Grown Up, 35 Years of GPK, Snot Another Anniversary, 135th Anniversary Flash Forward and Battle of the Decades. ... The basic set will consist of 200 stickers (100 images with A and B names) with several parallels per card -- Booger Green (retail and hobby box only), Bruised Black (collector box), Spit Blue (/99, hobby only), Bloody Nose Red (/75, collector only), Fool's Gold (/35), as well as 1/1 printing plates and artist autos. ... Inserts will include "No Ragerts" temporary tattoos, GPK Wacky Packages, GPK Merch and Location Relics such as "sand from the desert Wrappin’ Ruth calls home, or dirt from Dead Ted’s grave site." ... The sketches will be found in standard form as well as diecuts and booklet versions. Standard sketches will be found in retail and hobby boxes while the other two types will be only in collector boxes.
