What's buzz-worthy: Collectors can turn back the clock to 1971 once again this fall with this trip down to the minor leagues where baseball's hopefuls get a big-league look on this popular line and one lucky collector once again will get a chance to suit up as a minor-leaguer on a one-day contract and later appear on a baseball card.

The Basics: There will be 18 packs per box along with a Topps Greatest Moments box-topper this year. The basic set once again will consist of 200 cards with notable prospects and there also will be three short-printed cards per box. Base parallels will include Blue (/99), White (/50), Gold (one per case) and 1/1 Red cards, while there also will be 10 players with image variation cards in the base set. Inserts will include 1971 Topps Scratch-off cards (three per box) along with Bazooka Test Cards (three per box) and Make Your Pro Debut (Team TBD) contest scratch-offs (two per box). ... For Relics, the familiar Clubhouse Collection Relics are back with Blue (/99), Black (/50), Orange (/25) and 1/1 Red Patch versions. There also will be '71 Mint Relics (/99) embedded into cards with Black quarter (/50) and 1/1 Red quarter versions. These also will have autographed (/10) parallels. Also in the mix will be Futures of the Pastime Relic autos (/25). ... The Real One autographs will be found in standard form with Blue (/99), White (/50), Image Border Removal variations (/25) and 1/1 Red parallels. There also will be dual (/20) and image variation autos (/50). They'll be joined by 1971 Topps Scratch-off autos (/99) and All-Star Rookies autos (/50) that will have a 1/1 Red parallel. Rounding things out will be Greatest Moments box-topper autos (/25).
