What's buzz-worthy: Contenders arrives for the NBA once again with all of the new rookies as well as some new looks for the long-running brand.

The Basics: Each box will include two parallels and eight inserts along with base cards and the hits. There will be Rookie Ticket autos with a few parallels to chase here (not detailed in advance this time) with NBA 75th Anniversary, Championship Tickets and Cracked Ice tickets among the possibilities. There also will be Veteran Season Tickets Finals Tickets, Gold Veteran Tickets and Playoff Tickets as well. Most will be on-card autos here. ... Among the inserts will be Lottery Tickets, Superstars Diecuts, Suite Shots, Rookie of the Year Contenders, MVP Contenders and Legendary Contenders. Rarer inserts will include Permit to Dominate and License to Dominate. ... The base set size was not detailed. ... Hobby boxes will carry a suggested retail price of $150.
