What's buzz-worthy: Donruss hits the track with some new inclusions, plenty of stars from the past and present and plenty of nods to the unusual 2020 season.

The Basics: Each hobby box will include 24 Optic insert cards as well as 24 Silver parallel cards and 24 insert cards as well as nine serial-numbered parallels atop the base cards and hits. ... Among the hits will be Signature Series (three parallels -- Red, Holo Gold and Holo Black), Race Day Relics (same parallels), Timeless Treasures Materials Signatures (same parallels). ...The base set for this one will include 200 cards with subsets that will include the typical Rated Rookies, car cards, Retro cards (1988 this year) and Race Kings. There will be nine parallels per card -- Silver, Red, Navy Blue, Green, Purple, Pink, Fifth Anniversary, Black Trophy Club and 1/1 printing plates. ... Among the inserts will be Optic versions of the base set, Contenders, Retro Series, Elite Series, Dominators, Action Packed, Aero Package, Classics, Downtown, Blank Slate, Water Colors and Sketchworks. Those last four are rarer pulls compared to others. ... Packs will once again carry a suggested retail price of $2.99.
