What's buzz-worthy: Topps WWE appears to have moved back to a flagship set approach with it having a meaty 200-card base set with a format follows the "Road to Wrestlemania" highlights-driven approach of the past while also mixing in roster cards for stars from Raw, Smackdown and NXT.

The Basics: The highlights will once again only be on the men's side of things in the base set -- that means you should expect the same approach in an annual women's division set -- with all 200 cards having parallels that include Aqua (/299), Light Green (/199), Dark Green (/99), Citrine (/75), Orange (/50), Purple (/25), Blue (/10), Black (/5) and 1/1 Red as well as printing plates. For the inserts, there will be WWE Hall of Fame Tribute cards for the nWo, Memorable Entrances, Coolest Mixed Tag Teams, and RKO Outta Nowhere cards focusing on moments from Randy Orton. ... Autographs will have Green (/99), Orange (/50), Purple (/25), Blue (/10), Black (/5) and 1/1 Red as well as printing plates. Also in play will be nWo HOF Tribute autos (/25) and Tag Team autos (/25) as well as an "ultra-rare" Locker Room Veterans auto book. Other hits will include Mat Relics with a full array of parallels like the base set and also with autographed (/10) and 1/1 Red auto versions. Last but not least will be Match Film Strips manufactured Relics.
