What's buzz-worthy: Elite continues its run in the Panini America NBA lineup with some new touches, the rookies and superstars of yesterday and today and even more in the familiar package.

The Basics: This one will include 16 inserts or parallels and two Rookie Cards per 160-card box just like last time. Parallels were not detailed in advance but some of them will include Status, Apsirations, Gold and 1/1 Elites. ... Among the autos will be GenreGraphs, Pen Pals, Passing The Torch and Elite Signatures. Also in there will be New Breed autos Impact Impressions autos, Rookie Yearbook ink and Turn of the Century Signatures. ... Parallels will tier down all the way to 1/1 Black versions. ... Inserts will include Back To The Future and some "ultra-rare" lenticular sets -- Dimensions, Next Up and Titleist cards. ... Boxes once again carry a suggested retail price of $225.
