What's buzz-worthy: Contenders Optic's fifth NBA edition is one that includes an autograph in every box and more for fans to chase in this colorful Optichrome-stock release.

The Basics: These boxes once again will include two inserts, two parallels and one base (Season Ticket) card atop the ink. Among the autos will be Rookie Tickets, Rookie Ticket variations, Veteran Tickets and 1985 Tribute -- all with on-card sigs. There will be parallels for those, of course, but the parallels were not detailed in advance. ... Among the inserts will be Hoop Dreams, Optic Illusion, Playing The Numbers Game, Legendary Tandems, Lottery Ticket, Uniformity, First Class Ticket, Suite Shots and die-cut Superstars cards. ... Among the parallels here will be Silver, Red, Blue (/99), Pink (/75), Orange (/49), Green Pulsar (/25), Black Pandora, Purple (/15), Gold (/10) and 1/1 Gold Vinyl cards. ... Boxes once again carry a suggested retail price of $250.
