What's buzz-worthy: Topps' presence on McDonald's All-American cardboard returns -- this time in pack form -- with the men's and women's stars and their ink all in one prospector-friendly product for basketball fans.

The Basics: The base set here will include 100 cards from team members with parallels that include Refractors, McDonald's All-American Games Logo (one per box), Purple (/299), Aqua Wave (/199), Fuchsia (/150), Blue (/99), Blue Mini-Diamonds (/99), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Orange Basketballs (/25), Black (/10), Red (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors and printing plates. There also will be image variations with Gold, Orange, Red and Supers as their parallels. ... Among inserts will be Hoopers (one per box), Future Stars (three per box), 2006 All-Americans (six per box) and Red & Gold Vibrations (/10). The first three sets will all have Gold, Orange Basketball, Red, Supers and plates at the same volumes as base parallels. ... There will be non-Chrome Gameday autos to be found as well as Chrome autos with a number of parallels -- Aqua (/99), Yellow (/75), Gold Wave (/50), Orange Basketballs (/25), Red (/5) and 1/1 Supers as well as plates.
