What's buzz-worthy: Overtime Elite turns to Finest for a new year of basketball cards with an autograph in every mini-box and with plenty of Refractor color for collectors to chase.

The Basics: The base set here will include 100 cards with each having 11 parallels. The standard Refractors will be joined by Purple (/250), Speckle (/175), Blue (/150), Pink Prism (/125), Neon Green (/99), Aqua Wave (/75), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red Mini-Diamond (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors. ... Inserts will include Finest Arrivals (four per box), Finest Arrivals Fusion variations (one per case), Planet Elite (two per box) and 1996 Topps Finest Apprentices (one in 48 packs). The non-Fusion inserts will have Aqua Wave (/99), Gold RayWave (/50), Red Mini-Diamond (/5) and 1/1 Superfractor versions. The Fusion cards will have six parallels -- Blue/Red (/50), Green/Red (/25), Pink/Red (/10), Orange/Red (/5), Black/Gold (/2) and 1/1 Rose Gold/Gold Refractor versions. ... Autographs (/TBD) will have a number of parallels -- Blue RayWave (/150), Green Wave (/99), Gold (/50), Orange RayWave (/25), Fuchsia (/10), Red Mini-Diamond (/5) and 1/1 SuperFractor. Finest Arrivals autos will have Gold, Orange RayWave, Fuchsia, Red Mini-Diamonds and Supers at the same volumes. ... Also in play will be redemptions good for full autographed game-used jerseys from selected players.
