What's buzz-worthy: Bowman's Best arrives for another year with its familiar format and plenty of colorful cardboard for fans of rookies and prospects.

The Basics: The base set here will consist of 100 cards and each will have standard Refractors along with Atomic (one per master box), Mini-Diamond (/299), Purple (/250), Aqua Lava (/199), Blue (/150), Green (/99), Green Mini-Diamond (/99), Gold Lava (/75), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red (/10), Red Lava (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors. (A slightly larger lineup than the previous year.) ... Among the inserts will be Prospective Royalty, Bowman UFO, Elements of Excellence, Global Impact Die-cuts and Bowman Masterpieces. Atomic parallels of these will all be one per case and each also will have Lava (/50) and 1/1 Superfractor parallels. ... There will be seven types of autographs to be found in this one with Best of 2022 being the biggest parallel lineup -- Refractor, Blue (/150), Green (/99), Gold Lava (/75), Gold (/50), Atomic (/25), Red (/10), Red Lava (/5) and 1/1 Supers as well as printing plates. ... Other autos will include Prospective Royalty (/TBD), Bowman UFO (/TBD), Global Impact (/TBD), dual autos (/25), Bowman Masterpieces (/99) and Elements of Excellence (/99). Most of these will have Lava (/50), Atomic (/25) and 1/1 Superfractor versions. Duals will only have Atomics and Supers while the Masterpieces and Excellence cards will only have Supers for parallels.
