What's buzz-worthy: This sci-fi franchise's newest cardboard drops with plenty of ink -- and an inscription auto in every box -- for the long-running hit show.

The Basics: There will be standard autos (three per box) and inscription autos (one per box) here teased signers noted below. ... The base set will be 156 cards and each will babe Gold TARDIS parallels (/99) as well as Red TARDIS (/50) versions. ... Among the inserts will be 48 Holiday Specials Cards – six cards per special --  found three per box, nine Rose Tyler Companion Puzzle cards one per box and those same odds will hold for the nine Martha Jones Companion Puzzle cards and nine Donna Noble Companion Puzzle cards. There also will be two other puzzles found every other box -- nine The Doctor (Christopher Eccleston) and nine The Doctor (David Tennant) cards to chase. Also in the mix will be 22 Allies of the Doctor Cards (two per box), 32 Adversaries of the Doctor Cards (three per box). ... An additional chase will be sketch cards from a number of artists. Among them will be Chris Meeks, Huy Truong, Kevin Graham, Paul Shiers, Norman Jim Faustino and Tirso Llaneta for starters. ... There also will be two metal case-topper cards -- the ninth and 1oth Doctors -- as well as two six-case incentive cards, which will be a dual-auto for Eccleston and Billie Piper or Tennant  and Piper. All 12-case buyers will get an Archive Box that will have exclusives and printing plates inside. ... There also will be a binder with promo card for this release.
