What's buzz-worthy: Optic arrives once again a flashier take on Donruss football cards with 20 Rated Rookies cards per box for starters and with some new looks in the mix.

The Basics: Boxes will deliver the 20 Rated Rookies, four inserts and 10 parallels (eight of those numbered) from a lineup noted in the gallery below just like last year. New parallels will include Electricity and Jazz cards. ... The basic set will include 200 cards with 100 Rookie Cards, while Rated Rookies will have on-card autographs here and they will be joined by Rookie Patch Autos (/25) and Legendary Patch Autos. ... Among the inserts will be Light It Up, Mythical and Blazers! cards (noted as SPs) as well as Rookie Kings and Downtown. ... Boxes once again will carry a suggested retail price of $225.
