What's buzz-worthy: Historic Autographs takes a comprehensive look at George Washington in a release that includes hair cards, stamp cards, coin cards, handwriting samples and other relics all in one spot.

The Basics: The base set here will be 220 cards with cards looking at quotes, myths and the realities of his life. All 220 cards will have parallels -- Radiant (/699), Alloy (/199) and Aurora (/49) -- and factory sets will include 10 parallels as the bonus there. Among the hits are cut signature/auto cards (one in 9,200 packs), hair cards (one in 3,000), sketch cards (one in 960), stamps (one in 620), coins (one in 550), Written Word (one in 384 packs), printing plates (one in 145). Joining them are Washington Touched relics (one in 125), Monument cards (one in 32) -- and then one in 29 packs will be Challenge Coin cards, Battlefield Dirt Relics and Battlefield Dirt Relic/Coin cards. The easiest will be lenticular Family Tree cards at one in 21 packs. ... There will be six Washington full-sig autograph cards in this one and three with his last name only. "No other product has ever offered this many George Washington autographs at once," said a company statement. The handwriting-sample cards total will near 500 cards along with about 1,550 Washington-touched document relics. ... Inserts are one in six packs overall.
