What's buzz-worthy: Panini's colorful pattern-filled brand hits the WNBA hardwood for the first time with ink in every single box -- unlike its buddies in other sports -- and then plenty more.

The Basics: There will be eight inserts and eight parallels per box here with the base and ink with 40 total cards per box. ... The base set size was not revealed in advance nor were parallels, but there will be "SSP" Galactic parallels here while inserts will include Vortex, Rookie Revolution, Shock Wave, Supernova and diecut Liftoff! cards. ... Autographs will be found for a small group -- "a stellar list of 25 top-tier superstars from yesterday, today and tomorrow," according to Panini. ... Boxes carry a suggested retail price of $100.
