What's buzz-worthy: Topps Archives once again returns with a mix of past designs for cards of today's stars and notables of yesteryear all in one place.

The Basics: The 300-card base set will showcase many past years all in one spot with the 300-card base set carrying the past looks from 1963, 1978 and 1987. Parallels will include Rainbow (/199), Green (/125), Silver (/99), Red (/75), Red Hot Foil (/50), Blue Foil (/25; hobby-only) Orange Hot Foil (/15; hobby-only) and 1/1 Foilfactors. Also included will be base set variations for some players. Some players will have variations for their base cards. ... Among the inserts will be Topps Postcards (three per box), 1961 Topps MVPs (four per box), 1992 Topps Major League Debut (four per box), 1955 Topps Scoop (four per box), 2005 Topps Draft Picks (one per box) and 1988 Topps Minis. ... One per box will be Oversized Topps Postcards. ... Among the autographs will be Fan Favorites with the same parallel lineup as last year -- Purple (/150), Silver (/99), Blue (/25; hobby-only) and 1/1 Gold versions. There also again will be Fan Favorites Premium autos (/50 max) with only 1/1 Gold parallels in the mix along with 1992 MLB Debut and 2005 Draft Picks autos (same parallels). Joining them will be 1993 All-Stars Dual autos (/TBD), 1961 MVP autos (/TBD), Topps Postcards autos (/TBD), 1988 Topps Big Mini autos (/20) and buyback autos (/10). The first three will have three parallels apiece with slightly differing lineups with (/99) the highest for the MVPs and the others (/25) max.
