What's buzz-worthy: Tier One arrives with some new stuff in store -- bat grip Relics -- as part of the familiar all-hits package that includes baseball's biggest stars of the past and present all in one place.

The Basics: Cases will guarantee one Tier One auto and three other extra Relics atop the normal stuff here. The basic Tier One autos (/199 max) will include Bronze (/25), Silver (/10) and 1/1 Gold ink parallels once again. The Breakout autos (/299) for top 2021 rookies will have those same parallels and volume. Joining them once again will be Prime Performers ("modern-day greats") autos (/299) as well as Tier One Talent (players with elite skills) ink at those same volumes. Also in play here will be Next Level autos limited to just 50 with those same parallels, while dual- (/25) and triple-auto (/10) cards also will be in play along with 1/1 cut autos for 25 past legends. Also back will be Clear One autos (/10 max) that will be joined by Clear One dual autos (/10 max). ... New for autographed Relics will be Gripping auto bat-grip Relics (/10 max) with 1/1 Platinum parallels along with Perfect Contact auto bat Relics (/5) with Platinum versions. Joining them will be Autographed Tier One Relics (/99) with dual patches (/25) and 1/1 triple patches as well as dual-auto book Relics (/10) with a 1/1 patch version. There also will be Prodigious Patches autos (/10) with a 1/1 Platinum parallel. ... On the 1/1 auto-mem front there once again will be a few sets just like this year -- bat knobs, Limited Lumber (bat logos, nameplates and more), Signature Tools (pen Relics) and cut auto Relics along with cut signature Relics.

For standard Relics (/399), there will be dual patches (/25) and 1/1 triple patches with each including at least one patch piece. There also will be unsigned Gripping Relics (/10 max) with 1/1 Platinums as well as Legend Relics (/199) with dual patch (/25) and 1/1 triple parallels. Rounding things out will be Button Relics (/5) that will have a 1/1 Platinum parallel, Prodigious Patches (/10) that also will have 1/1 Platinums parallels as well as 1/1 bat knobs and 1/1 Limited Lumber versions. A returning inclusion this year will be 1/1 All-Star Patches with 1/1 auto parallels.
