What's buzz-worthy: Bobby Witt Jr. gets to curate his own baseball card set that has plenty of big-leaguers, some family ties and more inside every box.

The Basics: Each $39.99 (via Topps) pack includes 25 cards with two parallels (/150 max) one one die-cut card guaranteed. Collectors can expect an autograph or Relic in every other box on average. ... The base set is 50 cards over five subsets -- 25 Crown Jewels players, five 2019 MLB Draft Class cards, 10 In The Family cards, five Big League Inspirations cards and five Speedsters. (Checklist at link above.) ... The foilboard parallel lineup here is deep with Royals Light Blue (/150), Silver (/99), Green (/75), Blue (/49), Purple (/25), Red (/10), Silver Blue Stripe (/7), Orange (/5) and 1/1 Gold Lava. ... Inserts include five Bigger In Texas cards with Silver (/99), Red (/10), Blue-Gold (/7), Orange (/5) and 1/1 Gold Lava versions. ... Crown Jewel players will have Relics numbered to the same parallel rainbow as the parallels, while Bobby Witt Jr. autos will have a deep parallel crop, too, with Silver-Grey (/125), Green (/99), Powder Blue (/75), Blue (/49), Purple (/25), Red (/10), Silver-Grey (/7), Orange (/5) and 1/1 Gold. There also will be a father-son dual auto (/100). ... Among the players with Relics here will be Wander Franco, Ronald Acuña Jr., Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Witt, Bryce Harper, Julio Rodriguez, Shohei Ohtani and Mike Trout for starters.
