What's buzz-worthy: Spectra brings all its colors and textures to the cardboard masses for another run on the NBA court with some new looks in the mix and some new stars in there, too.

The Basics: There will be five cards per pack here with four parallel cards guaranteed in a box along with the hits and base. ... Base cards will include veterans, rookies and a Spectacular Debut subset. ... Among the inked sets will be rookie jersey autos, Wavelength, triple autos and dual-patch autos for starters. Rookie Jersey Autographs will have Celestial (/99), Supernova (/75), Interstellar (/49), Astral (/35), Meta (/25), Gold (/10), Marble (/5) and 1/1 Nebula Logoman versions. ... For memorabilia cards in this one there will be Aspiring Patches, Brilliance, Max Impact, Next Era and jumbo rookie basketballs for starters. ... Parallels there and for base were not detailed in advance for this one but a few colors and textures were teased as you can see in the gallery. ... Among the inserts will be "SSP" Color Blast cards along with "SP" Full Capacity cards as well as new Titans. That one (and maybe others) were teased as having Gold (/10) and 1/1 Gold Vinyl parallels. ... Boxes carry an increased suggested retail price of $500.
