What's buzz-worthy: Topps' second release for the NCAA prospect ranks in pack form and with school colors and logos arrives with this -- a release that uses the Finest mini-box format with an autograph in there every time.

The Basics: Each mini box will include at least one Gunslingers and Bandits die-cut card per mini and there also will be a Refractor card in every pack here, too. ... The base set of this one will include 100 top stars on Chrome stock and they'll all have at least 15 parallels. They include standard Refractors, Shimmers one per box and then Mini-Diamond (/299), Purple (/250), Aqua Lava (/199), Blue (/150), TBD Lava (/100), Green (/99), Green Mini-Diamond (/99), Gold Lava (/75), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red (/10), Red Lava (/5) and 1/1 Supers. ... There will be six insert sets to chase here -- Campus Captains, Fight Song, Gunslingers & Bandits, Neon Neophytes, Bowman Masterpieces and Constellations of Greatness, which will be rarer finds at one in 480 packs and only have Superfractor parallels. Each of the easier inserts will have four parallels -- Shimmer, Lava (/50), Orange (/25) and 1/1 Supers. ...  For autos, there will be standard ink, duals (/25) and triples (/15). For single autos, there will be 10 parallels -- Refractors, Blue (/150), Green (/99), Gold Lava (/75), Gold (/50), Shimmer (/25), Red (/10), Red Lava (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors and printing plates.  For the duals and triples, there will only be Red Lava and Supers. There also will be autos for the inserts (/99) with Shimmer (/25) and Supers for all but Constellations (/10) that will only have Superfractors. The Gunslingers and Neophytes autos also will have Lava (/50) versions.
