What's buzz-worthy: Flawless hits the NFL field once again with some big books, some big cut autos and other surprises as it "delivers on a historic level," according to Panini, with inclusions ranging "from the hottest rookies to the biggest current stars to the most-decorated champions to the bonafide icons."

The Basics: Gem cards will be the base cards here with rubies, sapphires and diamonds in play and those will be joined by NFL Shield and Super Bowl Gems cards that use stones to accent logos. ... Rookie hits will include RPAs, booklets and cleat autos for starters, while other hits will include Quad NFL Shield auto books, Flawless cut autos and Champions Signatures focusing on Super Bowl players. No other details were released. ... These boxes carry a suggested retail price of $3,700.
