What's buzz-worthy: Immaculate is back for a new season on the diamond with nothing but hits inside for stars from the past and then promising prospects and guys who may already be new to the majors just this year.

The Basics: Prospect patch autos will be one big key here with newcomers having on-card autos and deluxe pieces embedded into their cards. Parallels were not detailed in advance but there will be Black, Green and more among the parallels along with specific premium patches in play. There will be eight sets with on-card autos here. ... Also among the hits will be Clearly Immaculate Material Signatures (50 stars), jumbo bat autos (eight parallels), autographed memorabilia cards (20 players, up to 13 parallels per), Dual Legends Materials, jumbos and Jersey Numbers Materials (eight parallels per) cards for starters. Jumbos will have pieces of batting gloves, fielding gloves, cleats, hats and jackets -- 17 versions all limited to no more than 10 copies per card. ... Among the notables in they Jersey Numbers cards will be Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, Ken Griffey Jr. and George Brett. ... Among new inclusions and looks are Black Materials, Prime Prospects Materials and Immaculate Moments cards. ... These boxes once again will carry a suggested retail price of $275.
