What's buzz-worthy: Prizm takes the NFL field with plenty of color and flash, new rookies, more Manga and other surprises in store such as two-player Color Blasts and vertical versions of those colorful coveted cards.

The Basics: The format is similar to past years with the autos and base joined by 10 serial-numbered Prizms per box along with 24 Rookie Cards, four other Prizms (one a rookie) and the five other inserts. The set size and parallels were not revealed in full detail in advance but there will be Silver, Hyper, Orange, Blue Wave, Purple Ice, Red Wave, Purple, Blue Ice, Green Scope, Orange Wave, Purple Power, Navy Camo, Forest Camo, Gold, Gold Vinyl, White Knight, Black Finite and Snakeskin parallels for starters ... and those are the hobby-only finds. ... Among the hits will be rookie patch autos, rookie autos and Franchise Legends ink. ... Among the inserts will be Color Blast Duos, Vertical Color Blasts, Manga and Hype for starters. ... Boxes once again carry a suggested retail price of $325.

No Huddle: There will be No Huddle boxes for this one (Dec. 29) with an auto in every 10-pack box (20 boxes per case) along with 18 Rookie Cards, 10 No Huddle Prizms (four Silver, six numbered) and then seven No Huddle Prizm insert cards. Parallels will include Blue, Red, Purple Pink and Neon Green Prizm parallels as low as five copies (not detailed in full in advance). The exclusive No Huddle circles will be in play here on those. ... Boxes once again carry a suggested retail price of $250.
