What's buzz-worthy: Zenith returns with a new batch of recent retro cards with new looks -- a package that Panini says will "have collectors covered from A to Z."

The Basics: Beyond the two hits, each box will include two insert cards, one base card and one Rookie Card just like last year. (The retail version last year included a meaty lineup traditional base card packs and more inserts.) ... The base set of this one will include 100 veterans and 100 rookies this time with at least four Artist Proof parallels in play -- Silver, Gold, Emerald and Platinum. ... Among the hit possibilities? Contenders Optic Rookie and Veteran Ticket Preview cards that are only found here and they will be joined by Z-Jersey autos and rookie patch autos, which will have one-, two-, three-, four- and five-piece versions. ... Among inserts will be Z-Team, Z-Stars, Zeal Of Approval and Epix all with parallels that weren't fully detailed in advance. Epix will have at least Play, Game and Season versions in Orange, Purple and Emerald versions, though. ... Boxes will carry a suggested retail price of $100.
