What's buzz-worthy: Minor League Baseball's flagship release arrives for another summer recap with the Chrome cards folded into the standard boxes for the first time since they arrived in the brand.

The Basics:  Chrome variations for basic cards will be found in every other hobby pack for a 200-card set. The base cards will have foil parallels -- Fuchsia (/199), Sparkle (/175), Blue (/150), Green (/99) Aqua (/75), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red (/10) and 1/1 Foilfractors. There also will be some Images variations with foil as well with 1/1 Foilfractors their only other version. Chromes will have standard Refractors (/99) as well as Aqua (/75), Gold Mini-Diamonds (/50), Orange Mini-Diamonds (/25), Red (/5), Red Mini-Diamonds (/5) and 1/1 Superfractors. ... Among the insert sets will be MiLB Legends on the 1967 Topps design, Farm Fresh, Pro Debut Echoes (related players), Pick by Pick cards that are numbered to the player's draft spot. The first three will have Green, Orange and Foilfractor versions at the same volumes. The base autos will have Sparkle (/199), Blue, Green, Gold, Orange, Red and Foilfractor parallels (same volumes). Atop that, there will be Pro Debut Draftboards foil autos (/TBD), MiLB Legends autos (/TBD), Farm Fresh autos (/TBD), Echoes autos (/TBD) and Pick by Pick Superfractor autos. They will only have 1/1 parallels. There also will be Future Cornerstons autos (/TBD) with Gold, Orange, Red and Foil parallels. ... Chrome autos will have a smaller lineup -- Refractors (/99), Red (/5) and 1/1 Supers.

Update (Aug. 16): Apparently there will be jumbo boxes of this one this year with 24 cards per pack and more Chrome -- six Chromes per pack (36 per box). HTA boxes will be the exclusive home to Gold (/50) and Orange Lava (/25) Chrome parallels and Orange Lava (/25) variation autos.
