What's buzz-worthy: Donruss hits the court with the same 30-card pack format as previous years and with only one auto per box -- and it also continues with the tradition of a boatload of inserts and parallels in every box ... 60!

The Basics: The base set size was not announced and the parallel lineup will include Press Proofs -- Silver, Purple (/199), Holo Laser (/149), Hyper (/125), Holo Red Laser (/99), Silver Die-Cut (/75), Holo Blue Laser (/49), Gold Die-Cut (/25), Holo Gold Laser (/10) and 1/1 Holo Black Laser for starters. Also in this one will be Optic Rated Rookies Previews with parallels from /75 down to 1/1. ... Among the inserts will be "SSP" Night Moves as well as Crunch Time, Unleashed, Hardwood Masters, Zero Gravity, Swish and Net Marvels. Parallels for inserts also will be Press Proofs with Purple, Diamond, Holo Laser (/99), Diamond Red (/75) Holo Blue Laser (/49), Gold (/10) and 1/1 Black in the mix. ... Inked cards will include Rated Rookies, Next Day autos, Dominators, Net Marvels, Retro 2014s and Treasured Materials. ... Boxes will carry an increased suggested retail price of $240.

Choice details: Arriving on Feb. 26, there will be 10-card Choice boxes made for this release (20 boxes per case) that will include two autographs and three Choice parallels. For veterans and rookies there will be Choice, Red (/99), Blue (/49), Gold (/10), Black Gold (/8), Black (1/1) and Dragon parallels just like last year. ... Autograph parallel details were not released in full but there will be at least Black and standard Choice versions and Next Day autos also will be in play in this format, too. ... They will carry an increased suggested retail price of $225.

Hobby blaster details: There will be 90-card hobby blaster boxes made for this release (20 boxes per case) that will include 12 inserts every time with a chance for more. They will have a couple of exclusive parallels Checkerboard (/49) and Swirlorama (/5) as well as Optic Rated Rookies Preview cards with a Scope parallel. Possible ink will include Rated Rookie Signatures Swirlorama and Signature Series Holo Gold Laser (/10). Retail inserts also will be in play here. ... They will carry a suggested retail price of $25.
