What's buzz-worthy: NBA Hoops once again gets a Halloween-themed parallel release that takes the basic set and adds some tricks and treats to the look as an alternative to candy when it comes to that big day.

The Basics: There will be one parallel card per pack here with Orange, Slime, Holo Webs, Holo Bats (/399), Holo Trick-or-Treat (/99) and Holo Sky (/31) adding to the chase. The entire base set is paralleled here with rookies, veterans and the Hoops Tribute subset, which showcases even more of the parallel textures with its more-open design. Packs carry a suggested retail price of 50 cents -- so a $20 tray.
