What's buzz-worthy: Obsidian hits collectors' hands with the same inclusions as it takes its look at the NFL via "its trademark blend of dark Optichrome aesthetics and futuristic inserts."

The Basics: There will be two base cards or parallels along with one other insert to go with the hits in a typical box of this one. ... In the mix will be "Super Short-Print" Vitreous, Black Color Blast and new Black Stained Glass inserts, while among the hits will be the return of Supernova Swatches. Joining them for hits will be jumbo rookie patch autos, Rookie Materials Ink, Matrix Materials autos and Magmatic Memorabilia. ... Boxes carry an increased suggested retail price of $320.
