What's buzz-worthy: Topps' return to the boxing ring has apparently been delayed but is finally slated for this month with "a mix of champions, contenders, rising stars and legendary names in Top Rank, Golden Boy Promotions and Matchroom" in play.

The Basics: Full info is still to come here, but the base set will be 100 cards with eight cards per pack in this one. Topps promises "a wide-variety of chase parallels, autographs and case-hit inserts" as well as "several first-time signers across the autograph subsets." A sampling of the names to be found here and some inserts are in the gallery below -- more info will be added once it's all formally revealed.

Update (Sept. 2): The checklist has been added with some additional details for this one. It will be just a 100-card base set. Autographed sets will include Chamionship, 1951 Topps Ringside, Future Stars, Ring Generals, Stablemates and basic Chrome autos. ... Inserts will include 1951 Topps Ringside, Be First, Future Stars, Hidden Gems, Ring Generals, Stablemates, Smash Hits and Helix.
